3M Digital Oral Care offers equipment and digital materials for dentists and labs. The Lava™ Chairside Oral Scanner C.O.S. makes it possible for dentists to take digital impressions. The file is sent via our network to dental labs who can make traditional PFMs or CAD/CAM restorations including Lava™ Zirconia restorations. Dental labs can either invest in our CAD/CAM system to become a Lava™ Milling Center or they simply join the Lava™ Network to connect to more business.
